Purchases on the Service are processed through ThriveCart and other third-party providers as applicable. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share the data necessary to process payments in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the third party’s own terms.

Refunds

By completing a Purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the refund policy applicable to that Purchase. If no refund policy is stated, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
